Hire, motivate, and develop diesel technicians. Complete profit and loss responsibilities including expense control and attainment of revenue goals. Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture. Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships. Grow the service department sales business, build rapport with customers & enjoy doing business with customers & vendors. Provide training and support to the team. Supervise a talented department, including Technicians, Warranty Specialist, and Service Advisors. Qualifications Consistent track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals. Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required. Knowledge of ADP (CDK) – preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of automotive experience – preferred. Minimum 5 years of Management experience – required. Excellent communication, common sense, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent customer service skills. Strong computer and phone skills. Professional work ethic. Ambitious, goal‑oriented, and able to work within a dynamic & fun environment. Great leader and hardworking. Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
