** Pay: ** $22.23 - $25.00 per hour

** Hours ** : 7am - 4pm

** What You'll Do **

• Coordinate and schedule field and shop technicians
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing updates on repair status
• Manage work orders from creation through invoicing
• Order parts and source materials to support service repairs
• Prepare estimates and assist with customer billing and payment processing
• Monitor work in progress (WIP) and help keep jobs on schedule
• Collaborate with technicians, parts departments, and vendors to ensure customer needs are met
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help drive positive customer satisfaction results

** What We're Looking For **

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of customer service, service coordination, dispatching, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
