About the Role
The Company is seeking a US VP of Sales to lead the introduction and establishment of its transformer products in the United States market. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales leader to build a business from the ground up, rather than inheriting a mature territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and nurturing customer relationships, building sales channels, and developing a long-term foundation for the company's operations in North America. The role demands a strategic vision and the ability to execute tactically, with a focus on market presence, direct sales to electric utilities, and expansion into commercial and industrial markets. Candidates for this role should have a deep understanding of the electrical power industry, including how decisions are made within utilities and large industrial organizations.
