We are an Immigration/Criminal Defense firm with a career opportunity with potential for advancement. We know that many people apply to law firm jobs to gain experience before law school – and that’s great but this role is not designed for that path. We are seeking someone who is passionate about immigration, detail-oriented and wants to build a long-term meaningful role within immigration law.

FLUENCY IN SPANISH IS A MUST because the candidate for this position will be expected to answer phone calls and meet face to face with clients. The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport and trust with the clients. Our client base is predominantly Spanish speaking immigrants in search of trustworthy and dependable representation.

Prior immigration experience with removal cases and/or SIJS cases is required. Specifically we are looking for someone who can take client declarations, translate into English and prepare a convincing case that meets the requirements for approval for attorney to review.

We are looking for someone with strong verbal and written communication skills. The candidate will have pleasant phone etiquette, attention to detail, and the aptitude to provide consistently great customer service.

The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of and working experience in an immigration law office setting. We are looking for a "can do" attitude, who is able to work independently, and adapt to the current changing immigration policies.
