Engineer 3 - Carpenter (Temporary)

About the Role We are looking for a Temporary Full Time Engineer 3 – Carpenter to support resort room renovation projects and provide service and repairs to hotel equipment while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Assist with room renovations and projects. Perform repair and maintenance tasks to support quality standards and a well‐maintained facility. Respond to inquiries and problems promptly, courteously, and professionally to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Assist General Maintenance 1 & 2 with special projects and various tasks. Qualifications & Experience Hotel room renovation experience preferred. Professional structural or related carpentry experience preferred. Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Capable of working mid‑shifts to evenings, weekends, and holidays. Practical experience and relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC EPA, Certified Pool Operator). Working technical knowledge of general building maintenance and ability to use maintenance equipment and tools. Knowledge and ability to operate computer equipment. Service passion, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills. Legal work authorization in the United States. Qualified candidates may need to perform a practical carpentry assessment.
