Digital Product Manager

Overview We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative digital products and customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Digital, Retail, and eCommerce, with expertise in defining product strategy, managing product roadmaps, and delivering seamless omnichannel experiences. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, UX/UI teams, engineering, data, and technology partners to build customer‑centric digital solutions that drive business growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Identify market opportunities through customer insights, competitive analysis, and industry trends. Prioritize product initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. Drive digital transformation initiatives across web, mobile, and omnichannel platforms. Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through delivery and continuous improvement. Translate business needs into well‑defined product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Manage and prioritize the product backlog using Agile methodologies. Monitor product performance and customer feedback to optimize features and user experience. Design and enhance seamless customer journeys across digital and physical touchpoints. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive, engaging, and customer‑centric experiences. Ensure consistency across eCommerce, mobile applications, websites, stores, and other digital channels. Leverage customer data and analytics to improve engagement, conversion, and retention. Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Product Management focused on Digital Products. Strong experience in Digital, Retail, and eCommerce domains. Proven expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management. Experience delivering omnichannel customer experiences across web, mobile, and retail platforms. Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑first mindset. Experience working with cross‑functional business and technology teams. Preferred Skills Experience with digital commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce (Magento), Shopify, or SAP Commerce Cloud. Knowledge of customer analytics, A/B testing, personalization, and digital marketing. Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Productboard. Understanding of APIs, system integrations, cloud platforms, and modern digital architectures. Experience working with CRM, loyalty, and customer engagement platforms.
