Pay & Benefits

• Annual Compensation: $312,000 $438,000
• Medical Director Stipend: $25,000
• Pay Rate: $1.00/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide OB-GYN triage, surgeries, and labor & delivery management
• Handle obstetric and gynecologic emergencies in a level II NICU environment
• Manage inpatient obstetric consults and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in establishing workflows and clinical standards for a new program
• Support maternal-fetal medicine teams from Stanford and community providers
• Lead quality initiatives as Medical Director (preferred but not required)
• Contribute to building a new program from inception, fostering clinical excellence

What You Need

Required:

• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care

Preferred:

• Prior leadership experience
• Experience with inpatient obstetric services
