What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive OB-GYN hospitalist coverage, including triage, surgery, labor & delivery management, and inpatient emergencies
• Lead and coordinate care for approximately 1,200 births annually in a Level II NICU environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Stanford support
• Develop workflows and clinical protocols to establish the new hospitalist program
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development as Medical Director (preferred)
• Offer compassionate, patient-centered care in a dynamic hospital setting

What You Need

• Valid California medical license and Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and team collaboration skills
• Leadership experience preferred for Medical Director role
