Luminous Services is looking for a highly detail-oriented  Inspection Specialist to help ensure every client receives the quality service we're known for. This role is responsible for inspecting commercial facilities, documenting findings, supporting our field teams, and keeping operations running smoothly every weekend.

• Conduct detailed quality inspections of commercial facilities
• Complete digital inspection reports and required documentation
• Take photos of completed work, supply closets, and any quality concerns
• Wear a GoPro during inspections and while inside client facilities to document work performed
• Deliver cleaning supplies and equipment to job sites as needed
• Wash, organize, and prepare microfiber towels, mop heads, and other laundry for the upcoming week
• Verify supply closets are clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Identify quality issues, maintenance concerns, or inventory shortages
• Communicate findings promptly with leadership and help ensure issues are resolved

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and personal accountability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps for documentation
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Able to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment
• Professional appearance and communication skills
