Chateau ZZ's is Major Food Group's first-ever Mexican restaurant. Located in a historic manor on Brickell Avenue in Miami, this glamorous destination seamlessly blends old-world sophistication with modern luxury, offering a variety of transportive dining environments, a vast collection of rare tequilas, a stunning solarium, a vibrant bar and lounge, and picturesque gardens. This fine dining concept is hiring experienced hospitality professionals with a strong work ethic to help set and maintain the highest standards of cuisine and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef's instructions
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in high volume and fine dining restaurants preferred but not required
• Culinary diploma or equivalent in experience strongly preferred
• Team-orientated and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills a must
