Our client in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking an on-site Parttime Office Assistant role.
Hours: M-F | 20 hours per week (Flexible scheduling between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Pay rate: $20-25/HR DOE
- Assist the inside sales team by responding to client inquiries, managing correspondence, and resolving customer service issues with a professional demeanor.
- Maintain high accuracy in daily data entry tasks and assist with administrative projects as needed.
- Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service.
- Proactively manage and coordinate the business owner’s calendar and daily schedule.
Requirements:
- Must have prior customer service experience.
- Comfortable working closely with and supporting a fast-moving inside sales team.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel (must be comfortable creating formulas and utilizing pivot tables for data tracking).
- Depending on business needs, the role could become Fulltime.
No benefits for a part-time employee.
