Job Description: The client is seeking a senior Healthcare Data & Analytics Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale data engineering, analytics, cloud modernization, and AI adoption initiatives within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in project management, healthcare data analytics, enterprise data warehousing, business intelligence, cloud technologies, and Agile delivery methodologies. This role requires leading cross-functional technical and business teams, managing enterprise programs, driving digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic healthcare data and analytics programs aligned with business objectives, governance standards, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise healthcare data, analytics, cloud, and digital transformation projects from initiation through implementation
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, timelines, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Coordinate business stakeholders, technical teams, architects, engineering teams, vendors, and executive leadership
- Support enterprise data architecture, data warehousing, business intelligence, and cloud modernization initiatives
- Facilitate requirements gathering, business analysis, stakeholder alignment, and project planning activities
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, status reporting, and overall project health
- Drive AI adoption, advanced analytics, and digital transformation initiatives supporting healthcare operations
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data governance, privacy, security, and regulatory standards
- Manage project financials, forecasting, budgeting, resource allocation, and capacity planning activities
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, project communications, and stakeholder updates
- Support Agile delivery methodologies, sprint coordination, and enterprise SDLC governance
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support enterprise cloud transformation and modernization initiatives
- Assist with strategic planning, roadmap development, and long-term delivery planning
- Coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams across multiple initiatives
- Drive process improvement initiatives and Agile best practices adoption
- Support enterprise governance, compliance, and healthcare data management initiatives
Required Skills:
- Enterprise Project Management expertise
- Healthcare Data Analytics and enterprise healthcare systems experience
- Data Warehousing, Data Architecture, and Business Intelligence experience
- Cloud technologies and cloud modernization initiatives
- Agile, SDLC, and enterprise delivery methodologies
- SQL knowledge and analytics reporting environments
- Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Smartsheet experience
- Budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning expertise
- Vendor management and stakeholder coordination experience
- Executive communication, presentation, and reporting skills
Preferred Skills:
- FHIR, HL7, and CCDA healthcare interoperability standards experience
- AI/ML program management and implementation experience
- Data governance and enterprise compliance initiatives
- Enterprise architecture and solution architecture knowledge
- Cloud solution architecture experience
- Experience supporting digital transformation programs
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills required
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise healthcare data initiatives required
- Strong business analysis, consulting, and strategic planning capabilities required
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences required
- Experience working within regulated healthcare environments required
- Healthcare industry experience mandatory

Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field required
Certifications:
- PMP Certification (Mandatory)
- TOGAF Certification preferred OR
- Cloud Solution Architect Certification preferred OR
- Azure, AWS, or GCP Certification preferred
- PgMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Certification preferred
