Dental Receptionist **Temporary Position**

Overview Temporary Dental Receptionist (August - Late November) East Valley Periodontics is a busy, patient-focused specialty practice with a welcoming team and a positive work culture. We take pride in delivering exceptional care and creating a great experience for every patient. We're looking for a friendly, organized Dental Receptionist to join our team on a temporary basis from August through late November . As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll help create a welcoming experience while supporting the smooth operation of our front office. Schedule: Mon - Thu 8am-5pm, Fri 8a-3p Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of dental front office experience Preferred Skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Experience with dental practice management software Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures Specialized Dental Partners, its affiliates, related companies and independently owned supported clinical practices are proud to be Equal Opportunity Employers.
