Mechanical Assembler

Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established manufacturing company in the Morrisville area who is recruiting for a Mechanical Assembler to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on assembly work, takes pride in producing quality products, and thrives in a clean, organized production environment. This is a 1st shift, Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm, temp to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical automation components using work instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Use hand tools, torque tools, and measuring instruments to complete assemblies accurately.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
• Perform functional testing and document inspection and test results.
• Identify assembly issues and complete minor rework when needed by following established procedures.
• Prepare completed products for packaging and shipment while maintaining an organized and safe work area.
• Communicate production, quality, or process concerns to supervisors and team members.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment or completion of a related technical training program.
• Ability to read assembly instructions, mechanical drawings, and basic blueprints.
• Experience using hand tools, torque tools, and precision measuring equipment.
• Comfortable performing inspections, documenting results, and following detailed work instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive assembly tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
