Technical Services Analyst

Key Responsibilities Install, configure, calibrate, and test IT equipment, peripherals, and endpoint devices. Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact users. Perform hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and basic software integration. Support IT project deployments, including technical dress rehearsals, go-live activities, and post-deployment support. Administer basic Windows operating system functions (Windows 10/11), including user account management, system configuration, and device setup. Ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and in accordance with established standards. Document technical issues, resolutions, and project activities as required. Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to resolve technical challenges quickly and professionally. Deliver an outstanding customer experience by providing responsive, courteous, and effective technical support. Qualifications Required Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Hands-on experience troubleshooting desktop hardware, peripherals, and endpoint devices. Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications. Fundamental understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and IT infrastructure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred 3+ years of experience providing technical support in a business-to-business (B2B) or managed services environment. Experience supporting printers, scanners, barcode devices, mobile devices, or other IT peripherals. Basic understanding of Active Directory, TCP/IP networking, and software deployment. Experience supporting healthcare or enterprise environments is a plus. Industry certifications such as CompTIA ITF+, A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalent are preferred.
