We are seeking a friendly, reliable, organized, and professional Front Desk/Office Admin to join our orthodontic team. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, generating contracts, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and has previous experience in dental/orthodontic office.

 

Salary varies depending on experience.
