Inspection SupervisorYou will be the Inspection Supervisor for the Quality Inspection team. Our team is responsible for ensuring we achieve our quality requirements across our production processes. What You Will Be Doing As the Inspection Supervisor you will be responsible for leading quality inspection initiatives that ensure product and process excellence. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start. Basic Qualifications -Experience in project or personnel management or team lead experience. -Excellent communication skills. -Ability to obtain a secret security clearance. Desired Skills - Bachelor's degree - Active security clearance - Supervision experience - Experience in Hybrid Military Specifications (MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750), Industry Electronic Specifications (J-STD, IPC), and/or Mechanical Specifications (ASTM, GD&T). - Experience in failure analysis and corrective action.
