Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, effectively engaging clients in their therapeutic process.

• Utilize evidence-based intervention techniques to assess patient needs and provide appropriate counseling and guidance.

• Perform crisis intervention when necessary, employing proven crisis management protocols to address immediate client concerns.

• Document client progress meticulously through comprehensive case notes and develop customized treatment plans that reflect individual goals and needs.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients to establish therapeutic relationships and identify areas of focus for care.

• Collect and analyze data on patient outcomes to ensure treatment effectiveness and to continuously enhance our service offerings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Our patient population is diverse, with individuals presenting with different cultural backgrounds and mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Understanding and empathy are key to building rapport and fostering a trusting environment for those seeking help.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Pennsylvania.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, focusing on mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
