Job #: 3038148 Job Description: HR Business Analyst Location: Alpharetta, Georgia (Hybrid) Role Overview We are seeking a Business Analyst to support HR‑related initiatives for a large financial services institution undergoing a major HR transformation. The role involves bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on delivering E360‑related efforts. This position will work closely with HR and Technology teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined, progress is tracked, and solutions align with business needs. Key Responsibilities Gather, document, and manage business requirements for HR initiatives. Serve as a liaison between HR stakeholders and project teams. Translate business needs into technical requirements and create user stories. Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), including creating test plans and test cases. Track and manage issues, risks, dependencies, and decisions. Monitor project progress, elevate blockers, and support change management efforts. Define workflows and business rules to ensure requirements are accurately translated into technology solutions. Required Qualifications Experience: Experience serving as a Business Analyst on HR systems implementations or transformations. Candidates must have experience working in large corporations, complex organizations, or enterprise‑scale environments. Must be comfortable navigating large organizations, working with senior leaders, and managing complex stakeholder groups. Technical Skills: Knowledge of HR processes, HR technology platforms, and HR data management. Experience writing requirements and user stories is required. Preferred Qualifications Experience within the financial services industry is beneficial. Familiarity with Microsoft E360/D365 is beneficial. Work Environment This role operates on a hybrid work schedule. While there is no strict office attendance requirement, candidates should be flexible to collaborate in person as needed.
