Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data, ensuring that business needs are accurately captured and understood.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide the development and implementation of solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross functional teams to drive consensus and ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that enhance business processes.
- Support project management activities, including project planning, risk management, and status reporting.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide training and support to end users, ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate project outcomes, making recommendations for future improvements.
- Strong expertise in Business Analysis methodologies and best practices.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Knowledge of industry specific regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10 15 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI PBA) are a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
