A rewarding opportunity is available for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician seeking a mission-driven practice in coastal San Diego. This position allows physicians to serve underserved communities within a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to expanding access to high-quality care. The clinic is undergoing an exciting period of growth and service expansion under new leadership, creating opportunities for physicians who want to make a meaningful impact. Physicians enjoy a flexible schedule with protected administrative time and no overnight call responsibilities. The care model emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and integrated services that support both patients and providers. Practice, Compensation & Organization Highlights  

• Mission-driven FQHC serving underserved coastal communities 
• Collaborative team environment rebuilding and expanding services 
• Flexible scheduling options with protected administrative time 
• No overnight call with after-hours service managing patient calls 
• Average patient volume of 20-24 patients per day 
• Dedicated inbox coverage during time away to prevent message backlog 
• Team-based care model with physicians, nurse practitioners, and behavioral health providers 
• On-site specialty services including behavioral health, cardiology, podiatry, nutrition, and dental 
• Newly renovated clinic with eClinicalWorks EMR system 
• Opportunity to perform procedures based on physician training and comfort level 
• Base salary between $270,000-$320,000 not tied to RVU pressure 
• Up to $50,000 NHSC loan repayment eligibility through HPSA designation 
• Comprehensive benefits including malpractice insurance with tail coverage 
• 28 days PTO plus 5 CME days and $5,000 CME allowance
