This is a critical role on our Procurement team, with a large, complex scope of responsibilities within the assigned category. We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to own the space, strategy, supply base, and performance of our Steel Category, and stay current on market trends and conditions in this category. **What you will do:*** **Collaboration**: Identify, engage and align with internal stakeholders (engineering, operations, quality or other business partners) to capture category requirements and ensure supplier qualification and quality.* **Partner** with business unit Procurement teams to efficiently transition suppliers as needed; Support region/sector New Product Development (NPD) Procurement teams through preferred supplier programs.* **Strategy**: Responsible for developing and executing detailed category strategy, expanding the Preferred Supplier Program and segmentation based on the business needs and effective procurement principles.* **Negotiations**: Manage contract lifecycle and compliance, ensure supply continuity and deliver best total value through RFx activities in order to execute supplier selection and negotiation.* **Risk Management:** Actively monitor and mitigate supplier risk including financial, capacity, quality and compliance.* **Cost Management**: Responsible for delivering category productivity through price, value analysis (VA) or continuous improvement projects.* **Supplier Management**: Oversee Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and regular supplier reviews for all strategic suppliers within category to meet program Quality/Cost/Delivery targets. **What you will bring:*** Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or related field.* 5+ years of procurement / sourcing experience with large-scale, complex, and/or regional/global categories of spend.* Demonstrated success in assessing, negotiating and managing vendors.* Collaborative, facilitation, consultation and conflict resolution skills; you will be a trusted business partner and engage both internal and external stakeholders/customers, and we are seeking the ability to collaborate and influence within a highly matrixed environment.* Professional communication; both verbal and written are required.**年間基本給与範囲または時給基本給与範囲**$97,406.66 - $156,200.00**報酬区分**給与**インセンティブ対象**Yes**販売手数料対象**No**免責事項**当社は、このポジションに対して競争力のある報酬を提供できるよう努めており、さまざまな要素に応じて調整いたします。実際の報酬額は、勤続年数、能力、勤務地、学歴、経験、出張要件、組合の有無などの要素によって決定されます。報酬範囲は、一般的にその国の全国平均に基づいて設定されています。さらに、福利厚生については、地域、事業の方針、組合の関与、従業員の雇用形態などにより異なる場合があります。**職場でも家庭でも充実した生活を実現しましょう:*** 健康保険や寛大なインセンティブを含むホリスティックウェルネスプログラムを含め、あなたと家族のための福利厚生は初日から適用されます – 私たちは思いやりを示します!* 家族形成のための福利厚生には、不妊治療カバーや養子縁組/代理出産支援が含まれます。* 401Kのマッチは最大6%、さらに追加の2%コア拠出で最大8%の会社拠出となります。* 有給休暇は15日、祝日9日、フローティングホリデー3日、病気休暇、ボランティアおよび育児休暇を支援するその他の選択肢が含まれます。* 会社のプログラムを通じた教育および研修の機会に加え、授業料支援や学生債務支援もあります。免責事項:福利厚生の提供内容は、団体交渉契約および地域/州の規制により異なる場合があります。 安全上重要な職務No当社では特定の職務を安全重視職務(Safety Sensitive)として指定しています。安全重視職務に従事する場合、追加の薬物検査に合格する必要がある場合があります。こちらは安全重視職務です。当社は、競争力のある報酬と充実した福利厚生・各種制度を提供しています。また、当社は均等な雇用機会を提供する企業であり、人種、肌の色、宗教、性別、性的指向、性自認、国籍、妊娠、年齢、婚姻状況、障がい、保護対象退役軍人の地位、またはその他法的に保護された地位に関係なく、すべての適格な応募者を公平に選考いたします。
