Maintenance Manager

We're seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for a leading industrial manufacturer. This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity for someone who excels at developing people, improving equipment reliability, and driving operational performance through a strong presence on the production floor. Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department. Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance personnel to improve technical capability, performance, and accountability. Drive labor utilization, maintenance execution, and overall department effectiveness. Prioritize maintenance activities and provide technical support for equipment troubleshooting and repair. Maintain a visible, hands-on presence on the production floor, providing leadership and guidance to the maintenance team. Foster a culture of safety, reliability, continuous improvement, and teamwork. Partner with Operations and other departments to maximize equipment uptime and minimize downtime. Support preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives to improve equipment reliability. Qualifications: 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field preferred. Proven ability to lead, coach, mentor, and develop maintenance teams. Strong people leadership skills with the ability to hold employees accountable while fostering engagement and professional growth. Experience with rotating equipment, centrifugal pumps, fans, vacuum pumps, bearings, and other industrial mechanical systems.
