Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate the daily tasks of food service workers during the event. Support general food service operations including setup, serving, restocking, and cleanup. Monitor work schedules and team performance to ensure efficient service. Assist in training and guiding workers to follow safety, sanitation, and customer service standards. Act as the on-site point of contact between workers and upper management. Ensure compliance with health regulations and facility protocols. Promote a positive, team-focused environment through hands‑on leadership and clear communication. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; food service or hospitality training is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role in food service preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing needs. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
