We are seeking a dependable and organized Bilingual Office Assistant to support daily office operations in a manufacturing environment. This position will assist with front desk reception, employee onboarding, time and attendance tracking, scheduling, and general administrative duties. Responsibilities Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls. Manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. Track employee attendance and maintain accurate records. Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee files. Schedule weld tests and candidate appointments. Organize filing systems and office documents. Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports using Excel. Support HR and office staff with various administrative tasks. Qualifications Previous administrative, receptionist, or office support experience required. Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with HRIS systems required; Paycor experience strongly preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
