We believe that how we serve is just as important as what we deliver.Job DescriptionWe're hiring an Industrial Service Technician who thrives in a fast-paced industrial service environment and enjoys coordinating complex installations, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting large-scale customer operations. If you have strong technical expertise and enjoy leading service initiatives while supporting customers and technicians nationwide, this role is for you.What You'll DoCoordinate all installs and service calls for QTEK vendor and customer accountsSchedule and coordinate communication between QTEK sales, production, technicians, customers, and SouthernCarlson teamsTravel to branch locations throughout the United States to install equipment and support customer operationsTrain end users, SouthernCarlson technicians, and customers on equipment operation and service proceduresAssist sales teams with onboarding national and industrial accountsSupport and train SouthernCarlson Service Technicians to properly manage industrial accountsParticipate in and support technical training sessions alongside Corporate Service Coordinators and vendor partnersAssist in identifying and developing additional large-scale service opportunitiesMaintain professionalism and exceptional customer service during all interactionsWhat We're Looking ForValid driver's license with acceptable driving record 3–5 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing packaging or warehouse equipment 3–5 years of experience servicing industrial or national accounts 3–5 years of experience with pneumatic fastening tools Strong knowledge of electrical control systems and industrial mechanical systems Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute high-level service installations and operations Strong communication and professionalism when working with customers, vendors, sales reps, and technicians Ability to regularly lift and move equipment over 50 lbs Ability to work in extreme temperature environments Ability to independently coordinate travel and lodging arrangementsPreferred QualificationsBilingual skills a bonus Experience with PLC/automation troubleshooting and repair Leadership or management experience in a service-based operation Working knowledge of the tool and construction supply industry Forklift certification preferred Degree or technical certifications related to industrial service or maintenance a plusWhy You'll Love Working With UsConsistent Schedule – Monday–Friday daytime schedule Positive Culture – Team-first environment built on respect and trust Career Growth – Opportunities to grow within a nationwide organization Competitive Benefits:Health, Dental, Vision401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time OffTraining & Development OpportunitiesOur Values – OUR PROMISE MEANS MORE™Respect – We treat everyone with kindness and fairness Integrity – We do what's right, always Teamwork – We support each other and win together Family Feel – A nationwide company with a local touchReady to build your future with SouthernCarlson?
