Synergy is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to support the company's marketing and business development efforts across our Tampa, Orlando, Lakewood Ranch, and Wesley Chapel locations.

This position will work closely with company leadership and external marketing partners to coordinate projects, develop marketing materials, maintain digital platforms, and help ensure Synergy presents a professional and consistent image across all customer touchpoints.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. This individual should be comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day marketing activities and helping move initiatives from idea to execution.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain brochures, flyers, presentations, catalogs, sales materials, and other marketing collateral.
• Coordinate website updates, content changes, project highlights, and company news.
• Manage and maintain Synergy's social media presence.
• Coordinate marketing activities with external agencies, vendors, photographers, printers, and other partners.
• Assist with trade shows, networking events, sponsorships, and other promotional activities.
• Gather project information, photography, customer success stories, and other content from internal teams.
• Support business development efforts through the creation and maintenance of sales and marketing materials.
• Ensure branding and messaging remain consistent across all platforms and materials.
• Track and organize marketing projects to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Experience creating both print and digital marketing materials.
• Experience managing social media platforms and coordinating website updates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, or similar design software.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and willingness to support a variety of initiatives.

Compensation

$55,000 - $65,000 per year
