About This Role The New Grad RN Resident position at Cleveland Clinic Avon Hospital is designed for recent nursing graduates seeking to provide exceptional care in a supportive environment. Highlights Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour Location: Avon, OH Facility: Avon Hospital Department/Unit: Complex Medical Care Unit Schedule: Full-time, Night shift What You'll Do Assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional patient care. Interact directly with patients, families, and visitors. Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs. Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach. Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care. Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions. Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when needed. Document in patients’ medical records.
