Structured Finance Lead

To architect and lead structured finance strategy, the full-time remote Structured Finance Lead will design and execute non-dilutive capital programs, manage debt facilities, and build relationships with capital providers to support global compute and data center buildout. Key responsibilities Design and own the structured finance and debt capital strategy, aligning it with the company's growth plans Lead the origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of various financing facilities Build and manage relationships with banks, private credit funds, and other strategic capital providers Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in structured finance, capital markets, or investment banking Demonstrated track record in leading complex asset-backed and structured debt financings Experience with capital-intensive asset classes, particularly in data centers or infrastructure Strong financial modeling skills, including cash flow projections and capital structure analysis Bachelor's degree required; advanced credentials such as MBA or CFA preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
