Background Requirements 2-5 years of experience in real estate transactions - (junior candidates will be considered) Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional documents Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills The role involves drafting and negotiating complex real estate transactions for a national practice serving developers, lenders, and investors.
