Hybrid role based in either Roseville, CA or Irvine, CA, combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

This role requires a California-licensed attorney with at least 3 years of civil litigation experience and demonstrated exposure to construction defect, real estate disputes, or business litigation.

Manage complex civil litigation matters including construction defect, real estate, and business disputes

Represent builders, developers, and business clients throughout all phases of litigation

conduct depositions and court appearances

Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategy and case positioningProvide clear, business-minded legal guidance aligned with client objectives

3+ years of civil litigation experience

Experience in construction defect litigation, real estate disputes, or business litigation

Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills

Background from law firm, in-house, or solo practice environments welcome
