YOKA | SMITH, LLP is a law firm based in the Los Angeles and Irvine. We specialize in representing businesses in high-exposure lawsuits across various legal practice areas. Our experienced attorneys handle complex cases nationwide, including commercial disputes, product liability, class actions, catastrophic personal injury, and employment lawsuits.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Litigation Associate Attorney at YOKA | SMITH, LLP. The Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiations, and representing clients in various legal matters in litigation through trial. The ideal candidate should have 1-10 years of prior litigation experience, who is a self-starter capable of handling his or her caseload with a high degree of autonomy, and who have a passion for trial practice. Salary commensurate with experience level.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in the state of California
