Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a business litigation attorney for our growing firm. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and driving forward a variety of complex litigation matters. This exciting role provides an opportunity to work closely with a team of seasoned professionals and directly with clients, offering a robust platform for professional growth and development. Hybrid, remote or onsite possiblities Low billables Flexible management 401k with match Dynamic team Exciting and diversified case load Job Details Responsibilities: Manage all phases of the litigation process including investigation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, negotiations, settlement, and trial. Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs. Conduct thorough and detailed discovery processes. Represent clients in court, before government agencies, or in private legal matters. Communicate with clients, colleagues, judges, and others involved in the case. Participate in depositions, mediations, and dispute resolutions. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform legal research to support legal proceedings and to determine the advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuits. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law and in good standing. 5+ years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on litigation. Proficient in all areas of the litigation process, from inception through appeal. Demonstrated proficiency in Discovery, Negotiations, Mediations, and Dispute Resolution. Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and cases simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong ethical and professional standards. Ability to develop strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
