Quality Technician

Position: Quality Technician I Location: Waco Pay Rate: $22.75 - $25.00/hour (based on experience) Shift: Rotating Shifts | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (rotates every four weeks) Summary Description While reporting to the Lab Supervisor, the Quality Technician I is responsible for ensuring customer quality expectations, both internal and external, are met or exceeded. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent attendance, and the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while collaborating across multiple teams. What You’ll Be Doing Conduct required off-line testing to confirm products meet customer specifications Accurately enter quality data into customized data sheets and analyze trends over time Interact with machine operators to raise awareness of defects and document corrective actions when needed Maintain lab data filing systems and physical retention storage Work collaboratively across departments throughout the plant Assist in analyzing quality metrics, internal rejections, process capability data, and customer feedback Ensure customer returns are checked in accurately and on time Participate actively in quality initiatives Participate actively on at least one safety team We’d Love to Hear From You If You have a high school diploma or GED (required).
