Prepare federal and state estate tax returns. Coordinate income tax return preparation for individuals and fiduciaries. Prepare fiduciary accountings and manage distributions to beneficiaries. Engage in tax planning and coordinate fiduciary income tax return preparation. Draft sophisticated estate planning and transactional documents. Communicate with clients and advisors to implement estate plans. Requirements Five to seven years of experience with large and complex estates and trusts. Proficiency in drafting estate planning documents. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Creative problem-solving abilities and business generation aptitude. Experience leading projects and managing client responsibilities. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the state of Maryland. Skills Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in tax and estate planning software.
