Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily

This project is a large-scale, multi-phase urban village currently under construction. Phase one is a $365M multifamily and mixed-use project featuring 721 apartment units across four podium-style buildings , retail space, and a new light rail station. The project will continue through the 2030s.
Role Summary
The Assistant Superintendent supports day-to-day field operations on a large ground-up multifamily project. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience who wants to grow into a Superintendent position on a long-term development.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent
- Multifamily or mixed-use construction background
- Podium-style construction experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Desire to grow into a Superintendent role
