We are looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join a dynamic investment management organization in Greenwich, Connecticut. This role offers the chance to support a broad range of legal, corporate, and transactional activities tied to infrastructure and sustainability-focused investments. The ideal candidate brings strong organization, sound judgment, and a genuine interest in corporate governance, deal support, and legal operations within a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities:• Draft, review, and track confidentiality agreements and a variety of legal documents to help ensure timely execution and proper recordkeeping.
• Partner with internal teams, outside counsel, and other stakeholders to keep legal requests, documentation, and approvals moving efficiently.
• Maintain corporate records and assist with the administration of a sizeable portfolio of legal entities across governance-related matters.
• Prepare written consents, resolutions, and other entity governance materials with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Contribute to transaction execution by supporting financing activities, acquisitions, sales processes, and related corporate matters.
• Assist with due diligence reviews, organize legal files, and help coordinate signature and closing deliverables for active matters.
• Provide administrative and project coordination support to legal and compliance functions across a range of priorities.
• Compile and format information, reports, and supporting materials for colleagues and business stakeholders as needed.
• Balance multiple assignments at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work product.• Approximately 3 to 4 years of experience in a paralegal or legal support role.
• Background working in a law firm, corporate legal department, or other in-house legal environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a high level of precision when handling documents and records.
• Familiarity with corporate, transactional, or compliance-related legal work.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn quickly and take ownership of new responsibilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused approach to supporting a busy legal function.
