Sales Manager E- Commerce

With a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence, Sofidel serves consumers and customers across North America through both branded and private label products.We are seeking a Ecommerce Sales Manager to support the growth and execution of our ecommerce strategy across private label, B2B, and retail ecommerce channels. This role will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, driving profitable sales growth, supporting strategic retail partnerships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional business results.This position is based in our Horsham, PA corporate office and reports directly to the Senior Director of Sales, Ecommerce.Key Responsibilities:Support the development and execution of ecommerce sales strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market shareManage relationships with key retail ecommerce customers, marketplaces, and private label partnersDevelop and execute joint business plans, promotional strategies, assortment recommendations, and pricing initiativesSupport private label business development opportunities and customer growth strategiesAnalyze sales performance, market trends, retailer scorecards, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growthPartner with Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to support successful execution of customer initiativesSupport pricing discussions, annual planning, trade investments, and commercial negotiationsMonitor assortment, content quality, product availability, and digital shelf performancePresent business updates, forecasts, risks, and recommendations to leadershipRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in ecommerce sales, account management, retail sales, digital commerce, or omnichannel business environmentsExperience managing customer relationships and driving revenue growth within consumer packaged goods, retail, or private label environmentsStrong analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional environmentAbility to travel as needed for customer meetings and business reviewsExperience working with Amazon and other major ecommerce retailers preferredPrivate label sales experience preferredExperience within tissue, paper products, household essentials, or other consumer packaged goods categories preferredExperience utilizing retailer portals, ecommerce analytics tools, and syndicated data preferredWhy Join Sofidel America?Competitive compensation packageAnnual incentive bonus opportunityMonthly car allowanceMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off and Company HolidaysCareer growth and development opportunitiesCollaborative and team-oriented work environmentEqual Opportunity Employer:Sofidel America is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to the spirit and letter of all federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to equal opportunity.Position OverviewJob ResponsibilitiesJob RequirementsCompany BenefitsWork Environment.
