Within a collaborative atmosphere, you will work alongside practitioners across various disciplines, contributing to an integrative approach that prioritizes our patients' well-being. Our regular hours run Monday through Friday, constituting a 40-hour work week, allowing for a balanced professional lifestyle.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to establish baseline functional levels and develop tailored treatment plans.Implement evidence-based treatment strategies that cater to individual patient needs, ensuring measurable improvement in physical function.Utilize modalities and therapeutic techniques effectively to facilitate patient rehabilitation, whether in-clinic or through home health visits, as necessary.Provide thorough education and training to patients and their caregivers on treatment plans, exercises, and recovery strategies to promote independence.Monitor progress against predefined goals, adjusting treatment plans as needed to maximize recovery outcomes.Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines, ensuring accuracy in patient records and treatment logs.Foster exceptional customer service experiences by actively listening to patient concerns and providing emotional support throughout their rehabilitation process.Collaborate with healthcare professionals within the interdisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care and optimal patient outcomes.Patient Population / Client FocusOur diverse range of patients includes individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, pediatric cases, and those requiring sports medicine interventions. You will apply your expertise to address varied rehabilitation needs through personalized care plans that prioritize patient preferences and goals. Our commitment to keeping patients in motion enables us to build lasting relationships with those we serve, ultimately elevating their quality of life.QualificationsA Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.A valid license to practice physical therapy in the state of Florida.A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting, providing comprehensive patient care.Basic Life Support Certification issued by the American Heart Association.Strong verbal and written communication skills along with proficiency in word processing and electronic medical records systems.A commitment to establishing trusting relationships with patients to inspire them to achieve their rehabilitation goals.A passion for helping others and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of patients through therapeutic care.Preferred ExperienceExperience in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation center that emphasizes teamwork and collaboration across clinical specialties.Background in developing and conducting patient education workshops or programs.Familiarity with the use of innovative therapeutic technologies or techniques to enhance patient recovery.Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
