Customer Service Representative

Job Full Description Manufacturing company in Gainesville, FL has immediate opening for a customer service representative to support their team. Job duties:
• Answers telephone calls, emails, and web requests addressed to customer service
• Uses Configurator and distributor discount sheet to provide pricing of configurable products
• Assists customers in use of website tools
• Provides "typical" lead times for new inquiries
• Provides status updates for open customer orders. (Consults with Sr. Customer Service personnel prior to providing answers when unsure of accurate status/timing)
• Crosses-over competitor part numbers to company products
• Escalates requests for technical assistance when necessary
• Escalates unresolved customer concerns to management
• Communicates customer quality concerns to Quality Manager
• Communicates/escalates requests with significant opportunity to Sales Manager Position is M-F 8AM-5PM. Pay starts at $17-19/hr with full benefits once hired permanent. Gainesville, FL
