Litigation Attorney About the Opportunity A well-established national law firm is seeking Litigation Attorneys across multiple offices. Responsibilities Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution. Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other substantive filings. Conduct written discovery and take/defend depositions. Attend court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences. Develop case strategy and communicate directly with clients. Prepare matters for trial and assist with trial proceedings as needed. Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on complex matters. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active bar license in the state where applying (or ability to obtain admission). 2+ years of litigation experience (all experience levels encouraged to apply). Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Experience managing cases independently is a plus. Trial, deposition, or mediation experience is preferred but not required.
