Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in inpatient and outpatient settings and create tailored treatment strategies
• Implement physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and rehabilitation specialists to maximize patient outcomes
• Provide education and guidance to patients and families regarding therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and at-home exercises
• Maintain accurate documents related to evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
