Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution.

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist

CPR certification valued but not mandatory

Additional certifications in specialized areas (such as pediatrics, geriatrics) are advantageous but not essential

Prior relevant experience is strongly preferred.
