Truck Driver CDL A Solo

Position Description Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Maple Grove, MN offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about. Weekly Pay: $1,560 or more Hourly Pay: $33.00 per hour Hours per Week: 40 or more Per Diem: $30-50 per night, 2-3 nights per week Overnights: Route in sleeper or Ryder–booked hotel Schedule: Monday – Friday, Start 5:00 AM Paid training and uniform, cell phone, boot allowance provided Paid PTO: 80 hours in first year (use it or get paid) Ryder Drivers operate well‑maintained trucks 36 months or newer with 24/7 roadside maintenance and fueling at over 800 nationwide maintenance locations. Benefits Medical, dental & vision after 30 days 401(k) rollover available immediately plus company match after 1 year 12 weeks paid maternity leave (subject to eligibility criteria) Employee discounts on tools, vehicles, travel, tech & more Uniforms, cell phone & boot allowance provided Requirements Minimum 21 years of age Pass Ryder drug test, background & motor vehicle check (last 3 years) Pass DOT physical and Ryder road test Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position Class A verifiable experience in a tractor‑trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months experience within the past 3 years or 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years or 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures Responsibilities Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards and guidelines. Detect, eliminate or minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs. Load and unload freight or assist in loading/unloading as required by customer. Perform other duties as assigned.
