What You'll Do Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed Provide companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping related to patient care Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to company guidelines Qualifications Active Virginia Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License Required Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills Home Health Experience Preferred but Not Required Why Human Touch Home Health?
