Maintenance Supervisor

The supervisor oversees both corrective and preventive maintenance activities, addresses operational issues and emergencies, and prioritizes maintaining a safe, compliant workplace. This role includes leading both union and non-union teams, managing inventory, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Candidates must be licensed commercial electricians with a minimum of five years of experience, including time in a leadership role.

Years of Experience : 5 years of experience in commercial maintenance

Required Skills:

• Licensed commercial electrician with 5 years of experience (Master Electrician certification)
• 2 years of experience supervising staff (union and non-union).
