Partnership Opportunity – Help Launch Brunch N Fishtown (Elevated Brunch Concept)
Brunch N, a growing elevated brunch restaurant concept, is relocating to Fishtown and seeking an **Operations Partner**. This is not a standard employment role — it’s a unique **partnership opportunity** for someone passionate about the restaurant industry who wants to help shape and grow a brand.
What we’re offering:
- Two partnership structures (Profit Share or Equity/Profit Share hybrid)
- Clear KPIs tied to performance and profit participation
- Fully developed brand, menu, and social presence
- Buildout plan, financial pro forma, and HR structure in place
What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on operator with proven management and hospitality experience
- Strong grasp of day-to-day restaurant operations (FOH + BOH)
- Alignment with Brunch N’s brand identity: *Elevated. Brunch. Vibes.*
