Hybrid Legal Counsel, Capital Markets (Renewable Energy)

Urban Grid, a leading US IPP headquartered in Houston, seeks an experienced Capital Markets Counsel to support financings, tax equity, and project finance initiatives across its growing solar and storage portfolio. You will liaise with lenders, investors, and outside counsel, ensuring compliant, timely closings.
The role requires a JD, active US bar admission, and 5–8 years of relevant experience in renewable energy transactions or related finance.
