Job Overview:

As an Automotive Sales Consultant , you will assist customers in selecting and purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles. You will build lasting customer relationships, provide expert product knowledge, and create a seamless and enjoyable buying experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle needs
• Provide in-depth knowledge of Toyota models, features, and financing options
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities
• Build rapport and follow up with potential and existing customers
• Negotiate pricing and financing terms in a professional and transparent manner
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of inventory and promotions
• Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
• Work collaboratively with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
