Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Public Relations Assistant to support promotional outreach, customer engagement, and brand representation activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and contributing to sales-focused promotional initiatives. Responsibilities * Engage with prospective customers and provide information about products and services. * Support promotional initiatives designed to increase customer interest and sales. * Build positive relationships with customers and community members. * Identify customer interests and direct them toward appropriate products or solutions. * Distribute promotional materials and support customer engagement activities. * Gather customer feedback and share relevant insights with the team. * Assist with event and promotional activities. * Collaborate with team members to achieve engagement and sales goals. * Participate in ongoing sales and professional development training. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Positive, outgoing, and professional personality. * Comfortable interacting with customers in person. * Goal-oriented and willing to learn sales techniques. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. * Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, public relations, or events is a plus but not required.
